Dog Sitting (Drop-in Home Visits):

- Playtime with their favorite toys or games
- Maintenance of their regular feeding routines
Fresh water and clean bowls at each visit- Administer necessary medications
- Bring in your mail and newspapers
- Water your plants and/or garden (additional charges may apply)
- Bring in/take out
trash - Rotate lights and blinds to give
home a “lived in” look - Check that doors and windows are secure
- Regular text/picture updates on how your fur kids are doing

Cat Sitting (Drop-in Home Visits):

Base Price Rate: 15 minute drop-in visit: $20 for the first pet, plus $10 for each additional pet

Dog Walking Services:
Midday and Late Afternoon Dog Walks are regularly scheduled walks while you’re at work. A monthly commitment is preferred and will guarantee your spot on the schedule.
Base Price Rate: 15 minute walk: $20 for the first pet, plus $10 for each additional pet
Pricing for 1 pet: 15 min – $20; 30 min – $33; 45 min – $46; 1 hr – $59
Pricing for 2 pets: 15 min – $30; 30 min – $43; 45 min – $56; 1 hr – $69
$10.00 for each additional 15 minutes*; $10.00 for each additional pet
For our monthly clients, when you book at least 3 days per week, the rate is $15.00 per walk for the first pet

House Sitting (In your home):
This is our tailor-made pet sitting option for ALL PETS who need a little extra attention (or who just prefer to have a snuggle buddy all night!), and for pet parents who would prefer not to lose any sleep!
Choose from all day (7 am – 7 pm), overnight (7 pm – 7 am), 24 hour care, or even by the hour (4 hour minimum) options. Pet Sitter will care for your pets in your home, with all of its familiar scents, sounds, beds and sofas – to keep your pet a comfortable & relaxed while you’re away. We also keep your home looking “lived in” for added security when you’re out of town.
- Pet sitters are performing a professional service and are prohibited from entertaining guests in your absence without your express prior approval
- Pet Sitters remain in your home for the majority of the booking, 24 hours/day, and are guaranteed to remain overnight
Overnight pet sitting includes the evening and morning routines, which eliminates the need for individual AM and PM visits, and the additional cost of these visits. It’s all included!

Dog Boarding (In Sitter’s Home):
Leaving town, having a party, or showing your house? There are many reasons why we are asked for pet boarding services for even a short amount of time. No matter the circumstance, your pet sitter would love to have your furry family member come stay at their house.
Your pet sitter will give your pet one-on-one love and attention in their home as if your pet had never left home. Because we understand how stressful being in an unfamiliar environment can be for your pet, the sitter will also continue regular routines such as dog walking and play time.
Unlike a large facility, boarding your pet at your sitter’s home keeps them in a comfortable environment, with the same, personalized love and attention they would receive from their owner.

Doggy Daycare:
Do you want your pets to have fun and be socialized during the day for a few hours? Need continuous care during the day while you’re at work? Then daycare is a good option for you. Your pet will stay in a sitter’s home and have fun all day with great activities.
Base Price Rate: Daycare is charged at $5.00 per hour
Pet Taxi or Airport Transport Assistance:
Pet Taxi:
Juggling time to get to the vet, groomer, or any local destination? Vehicle unavailable? Maika’i Pet Sitting does the work for you, freeing up your precious time. We will even shop for pet supplies.
Base Price Rate: Pet Taxi starts at $30.00 each way depending on gas & distance. Waiting or shopping time will incur an additional $15.00 per hour charge
Airport Transport Assistance:
Moving to Hawaii? Leaving the Island? Need assistance getting your pets to or from the airport? We can help! More than simply transporting your pet, we offer:
- The ability to transport large, unwieldy crates
- Assistance ensuring all paperwork is complete and correct
- Interfacing with HDoA officials prior to departure or upon arrival
- Handling entry and quarantine fees settlement (inbound pets)
- Assistance obtaining necessary health certificate paperwork (outbound pets)
- Our boarding services can also be paired with this option
Please note: we do not handle ticket purchasing, and we do not accompany the pet on the flight
